All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is required at the time of order placement for custom items, with standard items available for payment upon delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and specialty item orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and additional fees. Design consultations are available by appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Custom orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to resolve any concerns.
